I keep telling some friends of mine, if you are renting you are one of many. BUT, if you are paying rent, you probably can pay a mortgage. One lady I spoke to recently actually pays $350/month more than another friend of hers. However, she does not seem to mind forking out money to help pay for someone else's house. I could understand where she is coming from if she did not have decent credit, no job or a low end job, and no desire to own, 

These scenarios DO NOT APPLY to her at all. She has been on her job for over ten years, she has good credit and she actually WANTS to purchase a house. Shocking isn't it? OH WELL!
